I'm still trying to breakthrough the industry of animated feature films.Never stopped.
Never will.

And this is to remind myself that the world is beautiful,
and one day,
I'll travel through all these places that are exotic and filled with culture,
meet the faces of people.
Might not be all sunshine and rainbows.
But never forget that the worst are usually the best of the trip.

If you get what i mean

Pep talk to one self

I recently felt kinda down after some emotionally connected chit chat with my new found friends.
I guess maybe they didn't felt the same way as i did because
so much was taken away from me the past year. Not to cast down the standards
of national service nor the pride of officership, but really, the thing taken from
me that i value was my desire of self fulfillment.

The time spent in the closed up wire fence deluded me into the state where i felt
all i wanted was just these much, contained in a small cube. Nooo,
this marks the beginning where i find my lost self again.

OK lah, it was quite an equivalent trade. Learning so much
soft skills no where else could've taught me, I've came in with the mindset of
learning as much free things as possible and get the allowance to fund my studies.
Been there done that.
No point lamenting on the idea right
Now to make the best of the rest,
Find myself back
and
continue learning!

I'd rather crash and burn
than never to have tried at all

How could i have missed it!
Just right in front of me...
Come on man i've got it in me
whats with that insecurity.
Just take a deep breath and go
Who gives a fuck about what they think

Some useful comments i got

Paul Oliver Ong
This piece has some strong moments in it. I think you can still push the timing even more in some areas to really sell the drama or thoughts of the old lady. The poses are looking great, just a matter of experimenting with the emphasis/timing:) neat job!

Joel Cisneros
floaty!

Alberto Martinez Arce
Nice one, but your lipsinc needs a lot of work

Jamie L. Beaty
Needs work with body physics.

sebastian ciubuca
nice

David Badgerow
Nice use of the MooM rig, I like how you kept the mouth turned in for the old woman. Also, like how you capitalized on the breathe-in opportunity in there. Overall I think could just be fine tuned, timing adjusted to give more emphasis to the holds, and jump between poses quicker, a bit too swimmy now. Good work though.

thanks guys.
Damn i need to open up my mind!

don't ever lose your love for your talent.

First drafts of logo dseigns

Previs for opening animation.

Starts off with 19 dudes forming the word "channelbox". Some are running, some sprinting, rolling, jumping, walking coolly, flying from the top, across the screen. Alot of dynamic stuff happening which i havent plan out yet. But i'll make sure it shows contrast.

Then a cool transition to channelbox logo. Oh before i get further take look at these 2 clips.

Fubiz Party from Mattias Peresini on Vimeo.

Fubiz Redesign from Mattias Peresini on Vimeo.

Effects fly in, transition to "DESIGN' shot. Then putting works or channelbox, or by yongyi on that shot. Could be character designs, concepts or paintings or whatsoever. Im thinking that all the designs shown are speed sketching of character or concepts or paintings, that lasts 1-2 seconds each. Then a sketchy (deals with concept design) transition to animation.

So transition to animation, where an animation snapshot displayed there quickly. Footage can take from ECC or cokezero or whatever. A transition whereby the letters run off the screen(deals with animation)

Then to visual fx, where ronald can showoff cool stuff there, done in channelbox or out.

Last transition to channelbox logo( maybe a cool fx that deal with vfx of course), then it goes to place and all the flash stuff starts forming to show the beginning of our webbie.

Thats all

I'm trying to get all 3 of us involved in this opening, i might have lost track of the vision of channelbox and stuff, if i have, pls tell me.

AND

i'll take this opportunity to announce that channelbox will be embarking on a short film project, inspired by these videos.

Apparently channelbox has discussed what we wanted for our upcoming short
About a guy from the aslyum
Seeing the world as he saw it.

Gosh i have to keep my ideas alive!

June 11secondclub might be a disappointment
i havent got time to work on it.
every weekend feels like its taken from me.
but for a good purpose
so i will have less regrets when i'm in the army.

Oh a new inspiration from yongs
